NRS 455B.020 - Operators: Duty to ensure safety of passengers.
NV Rev Stat § 455B.020 (2014) What's This?
An operator shall take all measures reasonably necessary to ensure the safety of the passengers in constructing, maintaining, operating and supervising an amusement ride.
