NRS 422A.510 - Head of household defined.

NV Rev Stat § 422A.510 (2014) What's This?

Head of household means a member of a household who receives benefits on behalf of the household and is responsible for complying with the plan for personal responsibility required by NRS 422A.535 and the agreement of cooperation required by NRS 422A.540.
