NRS 381.213 - Permit: Conditions for voiding.
NV Rev Stat § 381.213 (2014) What's This?
Failure to begin work under the permit within 6 months after the effective date of the permit, or failure to prosecute diligently such work after it is begun, shall render the permit void without any order from the Board.
