NRS 381.0061 - Administrator: Adoption of regulations.
NV Rev Stat § 381.0061 (2014) What's This?
The Administrator shall adopt regulations governing the use and safe operation of locomotives, motorcars, cars, recreational or commercial rides on the trains and fixtures owned by the State of Nevada.
