NRS 381.0036 - Legislative appropriations.
NV Rev Stat § 381.0036 (2014) What's This?
In addition to private money, the funding to carry out the provisions of this chapter must be provided by legislative appropriation from the State General Fund and must be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid.
