NRS 360.7581 - Above-the-line personnel defined. [Effective January 1, 2014, through June 30, 2023.]
NV Rev Stat § 360.7581 (2014) What's This?
Above-the-line personnel means a producer, director, writer, actor, other than an extra, or other similar personnel whose compensation is negotiated before the start of the qualified production. The term does not include below-the-line personnel.
