NRS 318.272 - Judicial review.

NV Rev Stat § 318.272 (2014) What's This?

Any party aggrieved by a final decision of the board of county commissioners pursuant to NRS 318.271 may obtain judicial review of the decision, as if the board of county commissioners were a state agency, in the manner provided by NRS 233B.130 to 233B.150, inclusive.
