NRS 318.264 - Petition: Withdrawal and objections.
NV Rev Stat § 318.264 (2014) What's This?
After consideration of the petition by the board there may be no withdrawal from the petition and no objections to the petition may be filed except an objection of fraud or misrepresentation.
