NRS 293B.255 - Booth must conceal mechanical recording device.
NV Rev Stat § 293B.255 (2014) What's This?
The booth in which a mechanical recording device is installed must be so constructed that the rear and sides of the booth in combination with the person of the voter hide the device from the view of persons other than the voter.
