Chapter 293B - Mechanical Voting Systems
NRS 293B.170 - Sealing and disposition of programs and ballots.

NV Rev Stat § 293B.170 (2014) What's This?

After the completion of the last logic and accuracy test, the programs used, if any, and the logic and accuracy test ballots and the official ballots shall be sealed, retained and disposed of in the manner provided in NRS 293.391 for other ballots.
