NRS 271.170 - Posting defined.
NV Rev Stat § 271.170 (2014) What's This?
Posting means posting, at least 20 days prior to the designated hearing or other time or event:
1. On the website of the municipality, if any; or
2. In three public places located on public property at or near the site of the project.
