NRS 268.386 - Avoidance of unlawful contract.

NV Rev Stat § 268.386 (2014) What's This?

Any contract made in violation of NRS 268.384 may be declared void at the instance of the city interested or of any other person interested in the contract except an officer prohibited from making or being interested in the contract.
