NRS 247.380 - Penalty for willfully taking excessive fees.

NV Rev Stat § 247.380 (2014) What's This?

If any county recorder willfully takes more or greater fees than are allowed by law, the county recorder is liable to indictment, and on conviction must be removed from office and fined not more than $1,000.
