NRS 244A.291 - Legislative declaration.
NV Rev Stat § 244A.291 (2014) What's This?
It is hereby declared as a matter of legislative determination that the acquisition, improvement, equipment, operation and maintenance of any street beautification project is in the public interest and is of special benefit to the property assessed to defray the cost thereof.
