Chapter 240 - Notaries Public and Commissioned Abstracters
NRS 240.1667 - Short form for acknowledgment containing power of attorney.
Upon compliance with the requirements of NRS 240.1655, the following certificate is sufficient for an acknowledgment that contains a power of attorney:
