NRS 239C.080 - Response agency defined.
NV Rev Stat § 239C.080 (2014) What's This?
Response agency means an agency of this State or of a political subdivision that provides services related to law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical care or public safety, including, without limitation, the Nevada National Guard.
