NRS 218D.640 - Signatures required on enrolled bills and joint resolutions.

NV Rev Stat § 218D.640 (2014) What's This?

Each bill and joint resolution passed by both Houses must be signed after enrollment by the respective presiding officers of each House and by the Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the Assembly, or an authorized assistant.
