NRS 2.320 - Reporters of decisions; duties. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

The Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Official Reporter are ex officio reporters of decisions. Whenever any case is finally determined by the Supreme Court, the reporters of decisions shall make a synopsis of the opinion and decision of the Supreme Court in the case. A copy of the opinion together with the synopsis must be filed by the reporters of decisions with the State Printer.

[Effective January 1, 2015, if the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.] The Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Official Reporter are ex officio reporters of decisions. Whenever any case is finally determined by the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, the reporters of decisions shall make a synopsis of the opinion and decision of the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, as applicable, in the case. A copy of the opinion together with the synopsis must be filed by the reporters of decisions with the State Printer.
