NRS 165.055 - Final accounting: Notice.

NV Rev Stat § 165.055 (2014) What's This?

At least 10 days before the hearing of a petition to approve a final accounting, the testamentary trustee shall deliver to each beneficiary a copy of the account and a notice of the time and place at which the account will be presented for approval, which may not be earlier than 10 days after the account was filed. The delivery may be accomplished in the same manner as with regard to the service of papers on the intermediate accounting. The notice must inform the beneficiaries of the amount of fees to be requested by the trustee in the petition for approval of the account, and the amount of other fees which the court will then be requested to allow.
