NRS 159.163 - Agreement for rental or bailment of personal property.
NV Rev Stat § 159.163 (2014) What's This?
A guardian of the estate, with prior approval of the court by order, may enter into agreements providing for the rental or bailment of the ward s personal property. All proceedings to obtain such a court order shall be the same as required for the lease of real property.
