NRS 159.025 - Proposed ward defined.
NV Rev Stat § 159.025 (2014) What's This?
Proposed ward means any person for whom proceedings for the appointment of a guardian have been initiated in this State or, if the context so requires, for whom similar proceedings have been initiated in another state.
