Chapter 119B - Memberships in Campgrounds
NRS 119B.070 - Developer defined.
NV Rev Stat § 119B.070 (2014) What's This?
Developer means a person who solicits memberships and sells contracts of membership for consideration in a campground which affords camping sites and related facilities primarily to members, unless the person is exempt from federal taxation pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 501 (c)(3).
