Chapter 119B - Memberships in Campgrounds
NRS 119B.050 - Campground defined.
NV Rev Stat § 119B.050 (2014) What's This?
Campground means any real property which has camping sites available for use, occupancy or ownership, unless all the camping sites are open to the general public for a daily or other periodic fee. The term does not include any residential structure affixed to the land.
