NRS 695H.180 - Penalties.
NV Rev Stat § 695H.180 (2013) What's This?
A person who violates any provision of this chapter or an order or regulation of the Commissioner issued or adopted pursuant thereto may be assessed an administrative penalty by the Commissioner of not more than $2,000 for each act or violation.
