NRS 683A.0893 - Penalty for acting without certificate of registration.


NV Rev Stat § 683A.0893 (2013) What's This?

Any person who acts as an administrator without having applied for and received from the Commissioner a certificate of registration as an administrator shall be fined not less than $300 nor more than $2,000.
