NV Rev Stat § 652.160 (2013) What's This?
A Medical Laboratory Advisory Committee to advise the Board on matters of policy concerning medical laboratories, qualifications of laboratory directors and personnel and other matters pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is hereby created.
