NV Rev Stat § 651.005 (2013) What's This?
As used in NRS 651.005 to 651.040, inclusive, premises includes, but is not limited to, all buildings, improvements, equipment and facilities, including any parking lot, recreational facility or other land, used or maintained in connection with a hotel, inn, motel, motor court, boardinghouse or lodging house.
