Chapter 637A - Hearing Aid Specialists
NRS 637A.353 - Engaging in business of hearing aid specialist or apprentice to hearing aid specialist without license: Reporting requirements of the Board.


NV Rev Stat § 637A.353 (2013) What's This?

Unless the Board determines that extenuating circumstances exist, the Board shall forward to the appropriate law enforcement agency any substantiated information submitted to the Board concerning a person who engages in the business of a hearing aid specialist or an apprentice to a hearing aid specialist without the appropriate license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
