Chapter 637A - Hearing Aid Specialists
NRS 637A.345 - Inspection of premises by Board.
A member or any agent of the Board may enter any premises in this State where a person who holds a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter engages in the business of a hearing aid specialist or an apprentice to a hearing aid specialist and inspect it to determine whether a violation of any provision of this chapter has occurred, including, without limitation, an inspection to determine whether any person at the premises is engaged in the business of a hearing aid specialist or an apprentice to a hearing aid specialist without the appropriate license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
