Chapter 637A - Hearing Aid Specialists
NRS 637A.235 - Apprentices: Identification; title.
NV Rev Stat § 637A.235 (2013) What's This?
1. An apprentice to a hearing aid specialist shall, while engaged in the practice of fitting and dispensing hearing aids, identify himself or herself as an apprentice.
2. An apprentice to a hearing aid specialist shall not use any title in any advertisement or promotional materials other than apprentice to a hearing aid specialist.
