NRS 634.093 - Submission of fingerprints by applicants.
NV Rev Stat § 634.093 (2013) What's This?
Each applicant for a license to practice chiropractic or to practice as a chiropractor s assistant must submit to the Board a complete set of fingerprints which the Board may forward to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report.
