NRS 632.0168 - Nursing assistant trainee defined.
NV Rev Stat § 632.0168 (2013) What's This?
Nursing assistant trainee means a person who is:
1. Enrolled in a training program required for certification as a nursing assistant; or
2. Awaiting the results of a certification examination.
