NV Rev Stat § 590.440 (2013) What's This?
Whenever the State Sealer of Consumer Equitability shall discover any antifreeze is being sold or has been sold in violation of NRS 590.340 to 590.450, inclusive, the facts shall be furnished to the district attorney of the county where the violation occurred, who shall institute proper proceedings.
