NRS 590.190 - Motor vehicle fuel without brand name: Requisites.


NV Rev Stat § 590.190 (2013) What's This?

If motor vehicle fuel is offered for sale or advertised for sale from the premises of any place of business in this state, but not under any brand name, then the words no brand must be used and designated on the advertising medium.
