Chapter 582 - Public Weighmasters
NRS 582.125 - Acceptance of certificates issued by public weighmasters of other states.


NV Rev Stat § 582.125 (2013) What's This?

The State Sealer of Consumer Equitability may recognize and accept certificates of weights and measures issued by licensed public weighmasters of any other state if that other state recognizes and accepts certificates of weights and measures issued by licensed public weighmasters of this state.
