NV Rev Stat § 483.349 (2013) What's This?

1. Upon the application of a person with a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk, the Department shall place on any driver s license issued to the person pursuant to the provisions of this chapter a designation that the person is a person with a disability. The application must include a statement from a licensed physician certifying that the applicant is a person with a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk.

2. For the purposes of this section, person with a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 482.3835.
