NRS 480.320 - Payment of cadets.
NV Rev Stat § 480.320 (2013) What's This?
The Nevada Highway Patrol shall not authorize any payment to a cadet for remaining ready for duty if the cadet is attending an authorized training academy for which room and board is provided at no cost to the cadet.
