NRS 463.01463 - Contest defined.


NV Rev Stat § 463.01463 (2013) What's This?

Contest means a competition among patrons for a prize, whether or not:

1. The prize is a specified amount of money; or

2. Consideration is required to be paid by the patrons to participate in the competition.
