NRS 444.463 - Facility for the management of waste tires defined.


NV Rev Stat § 444.463 (2013) What's This?

Facility for the management of waste tires means a site at which waste tires are deposited for processing, recycling or use as a fuel and which has been issued a permit for that purpose pursuant to the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 444.505.
