NRS 444.460 - Disposal site defined.
NV Rev Stat § 444.460 (2013) What's This?
Disposal site means any place at which solid waste is dumped, abandoned or accepted or disposed of by incineration, land filling, composting or any other method. The term includes a municipal solid waste landfill.
