NRS 439B.500 - Penalty for violation of chapter.
NV Rev Stat § 439B.500 (2013) What's This?
In addition to any civil or administrative penalty specifically provided in this chapter, any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 for each violation.
