NRS 439A.185 - Civil and criminal immunity for reporting violations.
NV Rev Stat § 439A.185 (2013) What's This?
A person who reports or provides any information concerning a violation of NRS 439A.130 to 439A.185, inclusive, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, to a governmental entity is immune from any civil or criminal liability for that action.
