NV Rev Stat § 433C.260 (2013) What's This?

Expenditures made by counties for county programs, including services to persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with related conditions, pursuant to this chapter, must be reimbursed by the State pursuant to NRS 433C.270 to 433C.350, inclusive.
