NV Rev Stat § 432B.621 (2013) What's This?
As used in NRS 432B.621 to 432B.626, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, Program means the Kinship Guardianship Assistance Program established and administered by the Department pursuant to NRS 432B.622.
