NRS 432B.591 - Child defined.
NV Rev Stat § 432B.591 (2013) What's This?
As used in NRS 432B.591 to 432B.595, inclusive, child means a person who is:
1. Under the age of 18 years; and
2. Over the age of 18 years and who remains under the jurisdiction of the court pursuant to NRS 432B.594.
