Chapter 432B - Protection of Children From Abuse and Neglect
NRS 432B.585 - Appointment of panel to conduct semiannual review.


NV Rev Stat § 432B.585 (2013) What's This?

For the purposes of conducting a review required by NRS 432B.580, the judge or judges of the court may by mutual consent appoint a panel of three or more persons. The persons so appointed shall serve without compensation and at the pleasure of the court.
