Chapter 432B - Protection of Children From Abuse and Neglect
NRS 432B.370 - Determination that child is not in need of protection.


NV Rev Stat § 432B.370 (2013) What's This?

If an agency which provides child welfare services determines that there is no reasonable cause to believe that a child is in need of protection, it shall proceed no further in that matter.
