NRS 430A.080 - Social service agency defined.
NV Rev Stat § 430A.080 (2013) What's This?
Social service agency means any public agency or organization of this State that provides social services for families, including, without limitation, services relating to employment, child care, health care, drug abuse, education or welfare.
