Chapter 426 - Persons With Disabilities
NRS 426.421 - Expedited service permit defined.


NV Rev Stat § 426.421 (2013) What's This?

Expedited service permit means a permit that:

1. Is issued by the Department pursuant to the provisions of NRS 426.441 to a person with a permanent disability; and

2. Entitles the person to expedited service pursuant to the provisions of NRS 426.451.
