NRS 41.250 - Recording of decree.


NV Rev Stat § 41.250 (2013) What's This?

Any decree rendered under the provisions of NRS 41.209 to 41.260, inclusive, must be recorded with the Chief Medical Officer and in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the decree was rendered.
